Here is my LinkedIn - Joe Carter connection. I am willing to travel.
ENDORSEMENT FOR ENTERPRISE VALUE STREAM MAPPING: from Mike Mihelick https://www.linkedin.com/in/michaelmihelick/. "Throughout your career, you come across individuals and times when you are really challenged to push yourself to learn and experience new things. Working with Joe Carter at Ingersoll-Rand was one of those times in my career. Joe has an uncanny ability to learn a new theory or concept and then to develop ways to apply that new learning. Joe led numerous business assessments within Ingersoll-Rand. Working with Joe, we developed what we called "Cycle Time Analysis". We developed this analysis by applying Little's Law across the enterprise. This cycle time analysis was a tremendous "Process" complement to the financial analysis as part of the assessment. Cycle time analysis is a major driver of delivering value to customers and provided a tremendous framework to discuss various improvement initiatives and how they would develop results through the application of Little's Law."
